Stockholm, Sweden

	4 nights' accommodation (twin-sharing basis) with breakfast in Stockholm (13 - 17 May 2026).

Travel Allowance

A travel allowance based on your qualifying tier will be credited to your commission account before the official convention dates based on your qualifying category and attendance.

The allowance is to subsidise the cost of airfares, taxes, all airport transfers (local and overseas) and travel insurance.

Attendance will be taken during hotel check-in, Convention hosted tour and Convention Dinner. Paid travel allowance will be debited in the event of no-show or cancellation of trip.

a)	Voyager	: SGD2,600 / SGD2,200
		*Voyagers will only receive Adventurer's reimbursement of $2,200 if they do not attend the Voyager's 3D2N program.
b)	Adventurer	: SGD2,200
c)	Explorer	: SGD1,900
d)	Journeyman	: SGD1,700

Non-Attendance Encashment

The encashment amount for those who are unable to attend the Convention under all circumstances, including bereavement and illness will be given an encashment amount based on the tier achieved.

The encashment amount will not be given to qualifiers who registered for the convention but were unable to attend under all circumstances.

General Exclusions

Airfare with taxes, airport transfers, travel insurance, optional tours, visa application fees (if applicable), excess luggage charges, tips, room service & mini bar consumption, personal incidentals are personal incidental charges borne by qualifiers.

Important Notes

	Attendance will be taken during the Convention Day and Convention Dinner. You will need to check in to the hotel on 13 May 2026 before
	2200 hrs, and check out on 17 May 2026, before 1100 hrs for the Main Convention.
	Any late check-in after 13 May 2026, 2200 hrs will be considered no-show and a 1-night cancellation charge will apply.
	If you are unable to arrive at the hotel by 13 May 2026 2200 hrs, you are required to pre-inform RepEvents-SG and seek separate approval
	for late check-in after 13 May 2026, 2200 hrs.
	Similarly, if you are checking out before 17 May, you are also required to pre-inform RepEvents-SG.
	The company will only be covering the twin-sharing accommodation room nights on 13, 14, 15 & 16 Jan 2026. Any Un-utilised room nights
	on these dates are not replaceable or transferable to other dates.
	In the event of cancellation of trip or no-show, we will debit the travel allowance credited earlier and cancellation charges will apply from
	relevant third-party service provider under all circumstances.

Pairing of Room Partner (if any)

The qualifier is responsible for identifying a twin-sharing roommate, who must be either another qualifier or a duly registered Accompanying Person (AP). In the absence of an appointed roommate, the organiser will endeavour to match the qualifier on a best-effort basis. Should a suitable match not be found, the qualifier shall be liable for the applicable single-room charges.

	Unless married, engaged (with proof of marriage provided), parent-child, or siblings, both roommates must be of the same gender.
	For roommates who are engaged, in a fiancé and fiancée relationship, or in a BTO arrangement, please email proof of your relationship to
	GELACConvention2026@globaltravel.com.sg for approval of your selected roommate.
	We reserve the right to separate and reassign selected roommates if they are of different genders and in a dating relationship without
	immediate plans for marriage.
	Roommates must have the same travel schedules.
	Requests for additional rooms, rollaway beds, or baby cots are subject to hotel availability. Please note that due to room size constraints in
	European hotels, rollaway beds may not be available.
	All requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Changes made after Closing of Registration

The closing date for registration is 15 February 2026, Sunday (at 2359 hours) . Any requests for amendments after the submission of your registration must be sent via email to GELACConvention2026@globaltravel.com.sg.

Please note that verbal requests will not be accepted to avoid any miscommunication. All requests must be submitted in writing via email.

For any amendment requests received after 15 March 2026, Sunday, an administrative fee of SGD 100.00 will be charged for each confirmed change. This fee excludes any cancellation charges imposed by third-party service providers. No changes will be permitted after 29 March 2026, Sunday, due to the close proximity to the travel date.

Payment

Payment must be made in full within 1 week of receiving the invoice and / or confirmation. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of your request(s).

Travel Documents and Visa

It is the responsibility of the qualifier to ensure that their passport has a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of return.

Applicable for Denmark & Sweden (Schengen States)

Ordinary passport holders of Malaysia and Singapore (for max. 90 days) do not require a Visa to enter.

Schengen Visa is required for the following nationalities:

- China

- Indonesia

- India

- Myanmar

- Philippines

- Thailand

- Vietnam

Nationals of the above-mentioned countries who require a visa to enter Denmark and/or Sweden are requested to email RepEvents-SG@GreatEasternLife.com to obtain a Visa Application Letter. Please ensure that your visa application is submitted ahead of your planned travel dates.

Citizens from countries not listed above may still require a visa to enter the Schengen area. We recommend visiting www.schengenvisainfo.com to verify your visa requirements and obtain the most up-to-date information.

Please note that visa applications must be submitted in person, as biometric data will be collected. We strongly advise inquiring about appointment availability at least three weeks prior to your intended travel date to avoid any delays.

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Co Ltd and Global Travel Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible or liable for any related expenses, reimbursements, or refunds of tour prices if the qualifier and/or accompanying person(s) are refused entry by any country for any reason.

Travel Insurance & Personal Responsibility

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Co Ltd strongly recommends that all registered qualifiers obtain travel insurance coverage. A qualifier who is uninsurable under a travel insurance policy for health-related reasons shall be fully responsible for his/her own medical treatment. The Great Eastern Life Assurance Co Ltd, Global Travel Pte Ltd, and the convention hotel will not be liable for any medical expenses incurred during the stay, nor for any cancellation or withdrawal of stay arising from health conditions.

Cancellation Charges

In the event that you cancel your registration, a written notice or email must be submitted to The Great Eastern Life Assurance Co Ltd RepEvents-SG@GreatEasternLife.com and Global Travel Ptd Ltd GELACConvention2026@globaltravel.com.sg for the cancellation to be valid and to avoid any misunderstandings.

You will be liable for the following cancellation charges:

Between 15 March to 16 April 2026	50% of basic Convention package
On and after 17 April 2026	100% of basic Convention package

Unused Services

No refund or reduction of the package fare will be provided for any unutilised services, including accommodation, meals, or any other services included in the package.

Responsibility Clause

Global Travel Pte Ltd acts only as an agent for hotels, contractors, and other principals. No responsibility will be assumed for any injury, damage, accident, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur to any person or property.

Service Provision

Global Travel Pte Ltd undertakes to provide services in accordance with the published program. Notwithstanding, Global Travel Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or modify the program when deemed necessary for the benefit of the tour members or the convention, or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Right to Reject

Global Travel Pte Ltd reserves the absolute right to cancel or withdraw any booking, or to refuse acceptance or continued participation of any individual whose conduct or condition may, in the opinion of the company, endanger the health, safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other participants.

Furthermore, Global Travel Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any reservation should any airline, hotel, or other contractor decline to provide services to the participant. In such circumstances, Global Travel Pte Ltd's liability shall be strictly limited to the refund of monies paid, less the costs of services already rendered, administrative charges, and applicable cancellation fees.

Personal Data Protection Notice

Qualifiers (hereinafter referred to as the "Qualifier") and their Accompanying Persons for the GELAC Convention 2026, Stockholm (hereinafter referred to as the "Convention") hereby authorize, agree and consent to allow Global Travel Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "PCO"), its related companies and employees, agents and third party service providers or agents (hereinafter referred to as the "Suppliers"), to collect, use, disclose and transfer the personal data provided by the Qualifier in the registration forms, verbally and any related documents, to Suppliers in Singapore for the Convention, for one or more of the following purposes:

a)	To process, manage and administer Qualifiers' participation in the Convention;
b)	To communicate with PCO about and during the Convention;
c)	For Convention arrangements, including but not limited to hotel reservations, flight ticket bookings (where applicable),
	excursions and transportation;

You understand and consent to the transfer of your personal data to Suppliers in Singapore for the above purposes, and that these Suppliers shall be under a contractual obligation to:

a)	Collect, use and disclose the personal data only for the abovementioned purposes; and
b)	To comply with the accuracy, protection, retention limitation, access, and correction obligations comparable to that under Singapore’s
	Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

You shall inform the PCO if there is any change in any of the details you have provided. You understand and agree that it is the Qualifier's sole responsibility to inform and update the PCO of any changes to the personal data provided.

The personal data which the Qualifier provided to the PCO in the registration form, where applicable, is legitimate and accurate; that the Qualifier(s) is validly acting on behalf of the 3rd Party Individual (their Accompanying Persons) and that the Qualifier has the consent of their Accompanying Persons (and where he/she is a minor, the Qualifier has the consent of his/her parent and/or legal guardian) to provide their personal data to the PCO and its Suppliers and for use, disclosure, and transfer to recipients in Singapore and Italy, being the destination countries, for the abovementioned purposes.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is stored securely. You have the right to request for access to, to request for a copy of and to request to update or correct your personal data held by PCO. You have the right at any time to request to limit the processing and use of your personal data.
